Jira Field Configuration
The user must configure the Jira account and add the SN Number and SN SysId fields to accurately display the corresponding incident data from ServiceNow.

Follow the below steps to configure the SN Number and SN SysId Jira fields:
Step 1: Log in to Jira -> Click on Cog icon -> Click on Issues.
Step 2: Click on Issue types -> Select the Issue type.
Step 3: Click on Custom fields. Click on Add custom field.
Step 5: Select Text Field (multi-line) field type-> Click on Next.
Step 6: Add field Name and click on Create.
Create SN Number and SN SysId fields.
