JMeter:Data Center Compatibility

Step 1: JMeter Script for running the test(Already created and available in repository)

Step 2: AWS is the instance where the testing is performed, so we need to configure AWS instance.

Step 3: According to the Atlassian documentation before running the script huge number of sample metadata is needed, that data needs be created in the AWS instance. The values of metadata needs to created is showed in the following image.

Step 4: For Metadata Generation (Server) there is a plugin called Jira Data Generator free app is available in marketplace using that the demo data can be easily generated.

Step 5: Once the metadata generation is done, we can run the script in our machine using the AWS host and port

Step 6: For running the script some changes needs to be done, for that follow this confluence document
