CITI self-signed certificate Issue

Citi uses a self sign certificate in the test environment(https://citi-test-rest.artic.edu:8443/) because of which we will have to add this self signed certificate to local Java trust store of JSD instance. Now this can be performed easily in the local dev environment(JSD instance) but in the test environment(JSD instance) we will have to do it from the backend. Also it is highly advisable to get a trusted ssl certificate in the production environment.
