User Scanning

Utilize the User Scanning tab to search and select users according to your preferences. This feature includes built-in filtering options that allow you to search users by Name or Email ID, JIRA Group, and Last Active Date. The filters can be reset at any time using the Reset button. The user list window will display users based on your search criteria, enabling you to easily select them by clicking checkboxes. Once you select the inactive users, you can suspend them with a single click using the Suspend Selected Users button. Additionally, you can review the status of the suspension process in the Status Page.

Follow the below steps to search, select, and suspend the users:

Step 1: Click on User Scanning tab.

Step 2: Search the users based on their Name or Email, JIRA Groups, or Last Active Date.

The user list will appear after the search process.

Step 3: Select the users from the list to suspend by selecting the checkboxes.

Step 4: Click on Suspend Selected Users.

Step 4: Click on ‘Yes' button to continue the suspension process or click on 'X’ button to abort the suspension process.

After completing the suspension process Status Page will appear.

Step 5: Verify the suspended users list by checking the Status column and Remarks column.
