This section contains installation procedure for ServiceNow Connector for Jira application.
Install the ServiceNow Connector for Jira app developed by appserve.ai to seamlessly synchronize the data between ServiceNow and Jira platforms. This integration enhances team collaboration, driving better results and faster project delivery.
If you subscribe and unsubscribe on the same day, it will have no impact on the billing cycle of the app.
Follow the below steps to install the application:
Step 1: Login to the Jira.
Step 2: Click on More -> Apps -> Explore more apps.
OR
Click on Settings icon (top-right corner) -> Apps.
The following screen will appear:
Step 3: Search for the app and specify ‘ServiceNow Connector for Jira’.
Step 4: Open the app.
Step 5: Click on HOSTING TYPES dropdown and Select Data Center.
Step 6: Click on the ‘Try it free’ button to start the free trial.
Step 7: A dialog box will appear. Click on the ‘Start Free Trail’ button.
The app will be installed. A pop-up message will also appear showing the successful installation.
Uninstall the App
The steps to uninstall the app are as follows:
Go to the Apps and select Manage your apps. The list of user-installed apps will appear.
Select the app.
Click on the ‘Stop Trial' button.
A dialog box will appear. Click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button.
Uninstall the application.
Reinstall the App
After uninstalling, you can re-install the app using the simple steps:
Go to the Apps and select Explore more apps.
A dialog box will appear. Search ‘ServiceNow Connector for Jira’ app.
Select the app.
Click on the ‘Try it free’ button.
A dialog box will appear. Click on the ‘Start Free Trail’ button.
The app will be re-installed.
