The user must configure the Jira account and add the SN Number and SN SysId fields to accurately display the corresponding incident data from ServiceNow.
Follow the below steps to configure the SN Number and SN SysId Jira fields:
Step 1: Log in to Jira -> Go to your Project -> Click on Project Settings.
Step 2: Click on Issue types.
Before adding a custom field, search for the SN Number and SN SysId fields. If these fields already exist, no need to add them again.
Step 3: Select the Issue type and Click on Go to custom field option from bottom right corner of the window.
Step 4: Click on Create custom field.
Step 5: Select Short text field type -> Click on Next.
Step 6: Add field Name and click on Create.
