Bulk delete feature is a value added feature to this application. You can delete multiple users in one go. This feature provides the list of users added in your Jira group. Individual users can be selected by searching their Name or Email. You can easily select and remove the people of your choice.
Using Bulk delete option you can select the users manually from the list and delete them in one go. Follow the below steps to delete bulk users from the list.
Step 1: Click on “Bulk Delete”. Existing users list will appear on the screen.
Step 2: Select the users from the list to delete by selecting the "Checkbox".
You can select the users one-by-one or all the users at once.
Step 3: Click on “Delete Selected Users”.
Confirmation! window will pop-up to the Admin before the deletion process is initiated.
Step 4: Click on ‘Yes' button to continue the deletion process or click on 'X’ button to abort the deletion process.
After completing the deletion process Status Page window will appear. It contains the deleted users list and status of the deletion process.
Step 5: Verify the status column to see the list of successful and unsuccessful deleted users. Also verify the reason of unsuccessful deleted entries in the Remarks column.
Step 6: Click on Export Users to generate the deleted users report.
Step 7: Click on Home to end the deletion process.
