The bulk delete feature enhances this application by enabling the removal of multiple users. It offers a comprehensive list of users within your Jira group, allowing easy selection through search by Name or Email and search by JIRA Groups. This streamlined process ensures efficient management as you can swiftly choose and delete users according to your preferences.

Follow the below steps to select and delete the multiple users at once:

Step 1: Click on Bulk Delete. Existing users list will appear on the screen.

By default, the Users List displays all users across your Jira groups.

Step 2: Select the users from the list to delete by selecting the checkbox.

OR

Select the users by searching Name or Email.

OR

Select the users by filtering the JIRA groups.

Step 3: Click on Delete Selected Users.

Confirmation! window will pop-up to the Admin before the deletion process is initiated.

Step 4: Click on ‘Yes' button to continue the deletion process or click on 'X’ button to abort the deletion process.

After completing the deletion process Status Page window will appear. It contains the deleted users list and status of the deletion process.

Step 5: Verify the status column to see the list of successful and unsuccessful deleted users. Also verify the reason of unsuccessful deleted entries in the Remarks column.

Step 6: Click on Export Users to generate the deleted users report.

Step 7: Click on Home to end the deletion process.
