Failure Logs

The Failure Logs feature allows users to monitor and troubleshoot synchronization issues between ServiceNow and Jira. If any failure occurs during the sync process, detailed logs will be displayed in the Failure Logs window to identify and resolve the problem.

Click on the Failure Logs in the top right to see the failure logs list.
