Troubleshooting
This section explains the troubleshooting steps for the errors that can arise while performing the validation and user accounts import process using CSV User Importer for Jira application.
1. Incorrect API token
If the entered API token is incorrect, the following error appears:
To prevent, recheck the copied API token or try to create a new API token.
2. User already exist
After completing import process you may see this error in the Imported Status Window
You cannot add a user account which already exists.
3. Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your import request.
To prevent check your internet connection and try again.
