Step 1: Login as a Jira administrator on the Jira.
Step 2: Click on More -> Apps -> Explore more apps.
OR
Click on Settings icon (top-right corner) -> Apps.
A page will appear.
Step 3: Search for the app and specify ‘Data Export for Jira’.
Step 4: Open the app.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Try it free’ button.
Step 6: A dialog box will appear. Click on ‘Start Free Trail’ button.
The app will be installed. A pop-up message will also appear showing the successful installation.
Uninstall the App
The steps to uninstall the app are as follows:
Go to the Apps and select Manage your apps. The list of user-installed apps will appear.
Select the app.
Click on the ‘Stop Trial' button.
A dialog box will appear. Click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button.
Uninstall the application.
If the app is uninstalled, it will delete all your data.
To prevent data deletion, try to stop the free trial rather than uninstalling.
Reinstall the App
After uninstalling, you can re-install the app using the simple steps:
Go to the Apps and select Explore more apps.
A dialog box will appear. Search ‘Data Export for Jira’ app.
Select the app.
Click on the ‘Try it free’ button.
A dialog box will appear. Click on ‘Start Free Trail’ button.
The app will be re-installed.
If you subscribe and unsubscribe on the same day, it will create no impact on the billing cycle of the app.
