Bulk delete by CSV file allows you to delete multiple users from the application in one operation using a CSV file. To delete users in bulk you need to upload a CSV file containing user details, such as usernames or account IDs, to specify which users to delete.expand

Account Id column containing user account ids are mandatory.
CSV file can also have other columns such as username and email.

Follow the below steps to delete users in bulk using CSV file.
Step 1: Click on Bulk Delete by CSV.
Step 2: Upload the CSV file which has a user list to delete in bulk.
Step 3: Click on Delete.
After completing the deletion process, Status Page window will appear. It contains the deleted users list and status of the deletion process.
Step 4: Verify the status column to see the list of successful and unsuccessful deleted users. Also verify the reason of unsuccessful deleted entries in the Remarks column.
Step 5: Click on Export Users to generate the deleted users report.
Step 6: Click on Home to end the deletion process.
