Bulk delete by CSV file allows you to delete multiple users from the application in one operation using a CSV file. To delete users in bulk you need to upload a CSV file containing user details, such as usernames or account IDs, to specify which users to delete.

 

CSV Format to be uploaded

  • account id column containing user account ids are mandatory.

  • CSV file can also have other columns such as username and email.

Follow the below steps to delete users in bulk using CSV file.

Step 1: Click on Bulk Delete by CSV.

Step 2: Upload the CSV file which has a user list to delete in bulk.

Step 3: Click on Delete.

 

After completing the deletion process, Status Page window will appear. It contains the deleted users list and status of the deletion process.

Step 4: Verify the status column to see the list of successful and unsuccessful deleted users. Also verify the reason of unsuccessful deleted entries in the Remarks column.

Step 5: Click on Export Users to generate the deleted users report.

Step 6: Click on Home to end the deletion process.
