  • User account Id in CSV file The user in your group list may not matching with match the user available account ID in the listCSV file.

Solutions

  • Unassign the issue from the user you want to remove . Try and try deleting it again.

  • Recheck and match the user account Id id added in the CSV file and try deleting it again.

  • Remove the user account ids from the CSV file that are not present in your Jira group and try deleting them again.
