This section explains the troubleshooting errors that can arise while accessing the Data Export for the Jira application.

If the ‘Apply Filters’ section or the ‘Export’ button is not working, follow the below steps:

  1. Check if the ‘Project’ category has at least one project.

  2. Check if the ‘Users’ category has at least one user.

  3. Check if the output has at least one row. If there is no data found in the output, the Export button will not download any data.
