Troubleshooting Guide

This section explains the troubleshooting steps for the errors that can arise while performing the validation and suspension process using User Suspension for Jira application.

1. Incorrect API token

If the entered API token is incorrect, the following error appears:

To resolve this error, re-enter the copied API token or try to create a new API token.

2. Incorrect OrgID

If the entered OrgID is incorrect, the following error appears:

Invalid OrgID.PNG

To resolve this error, re-enter the OrgID and try again.

3. Incorrect Bearer Token

If the entered Bearer token or API key is incorrect, the following error appears:

To resolve this error, re-enter the copied API key or try to create a new API key.

4. Failed entries after the suspension process

After the suspension process you may see Failed entries in the status column.
