This guide provides instructions to use the Enhanced User Profile for Jira app. This app enables you to add user properties to your JIRA issues, supporting powerful automation, real-time field updates, and enhanced issue searches with JQL.

1. Import User Properties from CSV File

Quickly import user-specific data in bulk into your Jira instance using the Import User Properties feature. It enables you to associate custom properties (such as department, role, location, etc.) with multiple users at once, saving time and reducing manual effort.

2. Custom Field Mapping

Map and sync user-specific data across Jira issues seamlessly with the Custom Field Mapping feature. With this feature, you can define custom mappings for the user field, user picker, and property fields, ensuring that user information is accurately and automatically updated in real-time.
