Step 1: Click on User Scanning tab.
Step 2: Select the users based on Name/Email, Jira Groups, or Last active date options
Enter user Name or Email ID in the search box
Click on Search
Click on reset button to
Click on the dropdown and select the JIRA Group
Click on Search
Enter the last active date of the user
Click on Search
User list will appear based on the selected filter
Step 3: Select the users by clicking the checkbox's from the list. Click on Suspend Selected Users.
Confirmation! window will pop-up to the Admin before the suspension process is initiated.
Step 4: Click on ‘Yes' button to continue the suspension process or click on 'X’ button to cancel the suspension process.
Step 5: After completing the suspension process Status Page window will appear.
Step 6: Verify the suspended users list by checking the Status column and Remarks column.
Status column will display the Successful and Failed suspended user entries.
You can verify the reasons for the Failed suspended entries in the Remarks column.
