User Suspension application is designed to streamline the suspension of inactive users user accounts in Jira, helping you free up valuable licenses and reduce unnecessary expenses. With customizable criteria, the app makes it easy to manage user accounts efficiently.

The app includes two primary features, User Scanning and Scheduled Jobs, designed to help you manage the suspension of inactive user accounts with few clicks.

  • User Scanning: Quickly search and select users using advanced filter options. This feature provides a comprehensive list of users from your existing Jira groups, allowing you to suspend inactive user accounts with just a few clicks.

  • Scheduled Jobs: Automate the suspension process with ease. Select a Jira Group, set the Last Active Date, and schedule automatic suspensions on a weekly or monthly basis. This feature contains a detailed overview of scheduled jobs, allowing you to Edit, Delete, and View the users added in the scheduled jobs.

Additionally, the Status Page will provide real-time monitoring of suspended users, ensuring smooth and efficient user management.
