Jira to ServiceNow Integration

We have created the cloud
Cloud version of app and App has been created, unit tested it. Once we have Client Infra server we will release it for client testing.

We requested for Infra servers from UCOP team and based on my analysis during server handover we have network issue due to which the servers are not available to the whitelisted IP’s.
UCOP Team is looking into it.

and deployed in customer UAT Instance. It can be tested by UCOP Team now.

.For UCOP team to test the complete integration , ServiceNow Team needs to complete the changes too.

The production deployment will be done after UCOP team completes internal testing

User Property Listener

We have created a script to migrate the app date data to enhanced user profile on cloud.
As discussed with Vinu the data in QA will not be valid hence we will Exporting the Property data from prod and import that in Sandbox.

The script was used to migrate the prod server data to sandbox instance.
Post Customer testing we will do the same for production

We have imported the user properties in sandbox instance.

The same will be done for production post customer testing.

Jira to Jenkins Integration

Jira UI development is in progress.
Server app had a compatibility issue which is resolved for QA.
Team will further test the QA server implementation.

The deployment can only be done once the UCOP Infra server network issue is resolved

The app has been deployed in UAT Instanced for UCOP teams testing

The production deployment will be done after UCOP team completes internal testing

User De-activation Script

Empyra team has completed the script development and it will run on Infra server
Provided by UCOP.
For UAT we have manually run the script and for prod we will deploy the app which will have a daily scheduled run.

Prod deployment to be done after UAT sign off.
