Utilize the User Scanning tab to search and select users according to your preferences. This feature includes built-in filtering options that allow you to search users by Name or Email ID, JIRA Group, and Last Active Date. The filters can be reset at any time using the Resetbutton. The user list window will display users based on your search criteria, enabling you to easily select them by checking the corresponding boxes. Once you select the users, you can suspend them with a single click using the Suspend Selected Users button. Additionally, you can review the status of the suspension process in the Status Page.

Status column will display the Successful and Failedsuspended user entries.
