Utilize the User Scanning tab to search and select users according to your preferences. This feature includes built-in filtering options that allow you to search users by Name or Email ID, JIRA Group, and Last Active Date. The search process can be reset at any time using the Resetbutton. The user list window will display users based on your search criteria, enabling you to easily select them by checking the corresponding boxes. Once you select the users, you can suspend them with a single click using the Suspend Selected Users button. Additionally, you can review the status of the suspension process in the Status Page window.
Follow the below steps to search, select and suspend the users:

Step 4: Click on ‘Yes' button to continue the suspension process or click on 'X’ button to cancel abort the suspension process.

Step 5: After completing the suspension process Status Page window will appear.
Step 65: Verify the suspended users list by checking the Status column and Remarks column.

Status column will display the Successful and Failed suspended user entries.
