This application is built for Jira Admins.
This application provides two key features to suspend the inactive users.
1. Search and Suspend the Inactive Users
You can manually suspend user accounts or automate the suspension process using the features provided. search and suspend the inactive users by User Scanning option. It has inbuilt filtering option to search the inactive users based on the user Name or Email ID, JIRA Groups, and Last Active Date. After filtering the users you can easily select them by clicking the check boxes and you can suspend them by clicking Suspend Selected Users button.
2. Automate the suspension process by creating a job
You can automate the suspension tasks using Schedule Job Process. First you have to create the scheduled jobs by defining the user criteria such as Jira Group, Last Active Date, Schedule Type and Day. After defining the criteria select Yes on the Auto Suspension field. to
