Our application streamlines the process of adding user accounts in Jira environment. With just a few clicks, you can install the app and import multiple users, allowing you to focus on what matters most while the CSV User Importer efficiently handles your user management tasks.
Follow the below steps to install the application:
Step 1: Login to Jira.
Step 2: Click on More -> Apps -> Explore more apps.

Click on Settings icon (top-right corner) -> Apps.

The following screen will appear:

Step 3: Search for the app and specify ‘CSV User Importer for Jira’.
Step 4: Open the app.
Step 5: Click on the ‘Try it free’ button to start the free trial.

Step 6: A dialog box will appear. Select your site to start free trail. Click on ‘Start Free Trial’.

The app will be installed. A pop-up message will also appear confirming the successful installation.
Uninstall the App
The steps to uninstall the app are as follows:
Go to the Apps and select Manage your apps.
The list of user-installed apps will appear. Select the app.
Click on the ‘Stop Trial' button.
A dialog box will appear. Click on the ‘Unsubscribe’ button
Uninstall the application.
Reinstall the App
After uninstalling, you can re-install the app using the simple steps:
Go to the Apps and select Explore more apps.
A dialog box will appear. Search ‘Bulk User Delete for Jira’ app.
Select the app.
Click on the ‘Try it free’ button.
A dialog box will appear. Click on the ‘Start Free Trial’ button.
The app will be re-installed.
