CSV Upload option allows you to create multiple user accounts using a CSV file. You need to map the field names with the CSV file headers to align the user data. Once the process is completed you can verify the success and error messages displayed in the status column of the Imported Users Status window.
Follow the below steps to add multiple Jira accounts using CSV Upload tab:
Step 1: Click on CSV Upload.
Step 2: User List window will appear. Click on Choose File, and select the CSV file from your computer.
Step 3: After selecting the CSV file, Click on Next. Field Mapping window will appear.
Step 4: Click on the dropdowns and map the JIRA user details to the corresponding CSV file header names.

Ensure that the mandatory fields Email ID and Product access are mapped accordingly. |
Map the Group Name field to add users to a specific group; otherwise, they will be added to the default group.
Step 5: Click on Create User to complete the process. Import status of each user will be displayed.

Imported Users Status window shows the result of import by displaying success and error messages in the Status column. Reasons will be displayed in the Remarks column.  |
Step 6: Click on the User Management to see all newly created user accounts.
