CSV Upload option allows you to create multiple user accounts using a pre-defined CSV file. You need to map the field names with the CSV file headers to align the user data. Once the process completes you can verify the success and error messages displayed in the status column of the Imported Users Status window.

Step 3: After selecting the CSV file, Click on Next.

Step 4: Click on the dropdowns and map the JIRA user details to the corresponding CSV file header names.

Step 5: Click on Create User to complete the process. Imported Users Status window will appear.
