Follow the below steps to add multiple Jira accounts at once using CSV file:
Step 1: Click on CSV Upload.

Step 2: User List window will appear. Step 2: Click on Choose File, and select the CSV file from your computer.

Step 3: After selecting the CSV file, Click on Next.

Field Mapping window will appear.

Step 4: Click on the dropdowns and map the JIRA user details to the corresponding CSV file header names.

Map the Group Name field to add users to a specific group; otherwise, they will be added to the default group.
Step 5: Click on Create User to complete the process.
